Processing Time

All orders will be packed and dispatched within 48 business hours upon payment confirmation. Orders submitted on weekends or official holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping to the United States takes approximately 8-15 business days. Please note that delivery delays may occasionally happen due to customs inspections, logistics peak seasons, or uncontrollable factors, which are not within our responsibility.

Shipping Cost

We adopt a unified fixed shipping fee for all US regions. Free shipping will be automatically applied to all US orders over $39.

Tracking Information

The tracking number will be uploaded to your order page within 3-5 working days after goods are shipped out. You can track the whole logistics progress online.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For most small parcels, no additional customs duties or taxes will be charged at delivery. However, in the rare event that your local customs authorities require import duties or taxes, these fees are determined solely by them and must be paid by the buyer.

We are unable to estimate these fees in advance and assume no liability for them. Please note: If the buyer refuses to pay relevant tariffs leading to package detention, return, or abandonment, all resulting losses and expenses shall be undertaken by the buyer.
