1. Processing Time
All orders will be arranged for shipment within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends and US official holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Coverage
We support delivery to the contiguous 48 states of the United States.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other overseas territories are temporarily not available for delivery.
3. Delivery Time
- Eastern United States: 3-5 business days
- Central United States: 4-6 business days
- Western United States: 5-7 business days
4. Shipping Cost
Free standard shipping for orders over $39.
Orders below $39 will charge a fixed shipping fee of $7.99.
5. Notes
Large-sized camping goods such as tents and folding racks may have extra freight surcharges, which will be automatically calculated when you settle the order.
Once the package is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email, you can track logistics in real time.
