Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility You can apply for return within 30 calendar days after receiving the goods. Products must be unused, unwashed, intact original packaging, no stains, damage and wear marks. Customized products and clearance sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2. Responsible for Shipping Fees - Quality problems, wrong delivery, damaged goods during transportation: We bear the round-trip freight. - Personal reasons such as dislike, inappropriate size, unwanted purchase: Buyers need to bear the return shipping cost.

3. Refund Process Submit a return application in your account → send back the goods after approval → we inspect the goods after receiving them → refund will be returned to your original payment account within 3-7 working days.

4. Rejection of Return We have the right to reject returns if the goods are severely worn, damaged, lost accessories or discarded original packaging.
